We were armed with bananas and a talented tour guide who knew how to call for the monkeys. Very quickly, seemingly from out of nowhere, monkeys peered through the trees, swung from the branches and boarded our boat. Listen to the interview below to hear about the kinds of monkeys we met -- and even the call that brought them to us. Some of the locals that greeted us included a mom with a baby monkey on her back as she quickly grabbed some snacks and darted back up into the trees.
